● Any physical damage such as melting, deformation and breakage of connectors, burning and cutting of wires, deformation and discoloration of the metal box due to improper use and any damage caused by impact, natural disasters, fire, or power fluctuations will void the warranty.

● The warranty for power supplies only covers technical defects resulting from the manufacturing process. Technical issues caused by unauthorized opening of the power supply, tampering with internal circuits, fan replacement, mismatched power output with the hardware requirements, or installation in non-standard locations and conditions are not covered under the warranty.

● Any malfunction or damage caused by improper use of non-standard software and hardware, or use outside the technical specifications of the power supply, including industrial applications unrelated to computing (such as LED displays) and cryptocurrency mining, will void the warranty.

● In the event of a total system failure, as determined by Nova’s technicians, the warranty will only cover the provision of services to the power supply, and other hardware components and user stored data will not be covered by the warranty services.

● Any changes to the device specifications and non-compliance with the serial number listed on the product and warranty card will void after-sales service.

● Any changes to the device specifications and any mismatch of the serial number listed on the product and the warranty card will void the after-sales service.

● The warranty for switching power supplies only covers technical defects resulting from power generation operations. Technical defects resulting from opening the power door by unauthorized persons, tampering with internal circuits, replacing the fan, mismatching the power output with the hardware used, and installation in non-standard locations and conditions are not included in the warranty service.

● Any damage or injury resulting from improper use of non-standard software and hardware outside the power supply’s technical specifications, non-computer industrial applications (such as LED signs), and cryptocurrency mining will void the warranty.

● In the event of total system damage, at the discretion of Nova experts, the warranty will only include providing services to the power supply, and other hardware components and the user’s stored data will not be covered by the warranty services.

● Any changes to the device specifications and any mismatch between the serial number listed on the product and the warranty card will void the after-sales service.
